Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on physical custom products once they are completed. Additionally, digital products may be eligible for cancellation and refund based on the conditions detailed below.
Digital and Custom Products Refund Policy
Website Creation Process
To create your website, you must complete a Website Creation Form that provides necessary details about your business. If this form is not completed, your website will not be delivered.
- Timelines:
- Products such as “E-card”, “STARTING WEBPAGE”, and “PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE” require 7 days to 1 month (30 calendar days) for completion.
- E-commerce products take 1 to 3 months to finalize.
- Revisions:
- “E-card”, “Starting WebPage”, and “Professional WebSite” include up to 4 revision sessions during development. Additional sessions cost $25 USD each.
- E-commerce products include unlimited revision sessions.
- Revisions take between 2 to 10 calendar days to complete.
Refund Conditions for Website Development
- Before Completing the Website Creation Form:
- You may request a refund at any time, and 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- After Completing the Form:
- Within the first 15 days of development, you may request a full refund (100%).
- After 15 days of development, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded due to incurred labor costs.
- Website Creation Form Submission Deadline:
- The form must be completed and submitted within 2 months.
- Extensions can be requested, but if no response is received within the 2-month period, your payment will be automatically refunded, and you will need to restart the purchase process if you wish to proceed later.
Monthly Billing for Maintenance Services
Billing starts one month after your website is completed. This service covers web hosting and maintenance. It does not include aesthetic or functional changes after the project is finalized. These modifications will be quoted separately and agreed upon with the client.
Physical Product Return Policy
Custom physical products cannot be returned or refunded after completion.
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalties. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
- Shipping:
- Physical products are delivered “AS-IS” based on customer approval. Customers are responsible for approving the product before shipment.
Defective Product Guarantee
If a product is defective:
- For physical products: You may request a refund or replacement by contacting us at [email protected].
- For digital products: A maintenance guarantee is included at no additional cost. Changes can be requested before final delivery according to the selected plan.
Refunds on Sale or Promotional Items
Refunds will be based on the amount paid for the item and adhere to all conditions outlined in this document.

Customers must contact us before initiating a return or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank for potential processing delays.
